Terms and conditions
* Our last minute special applies when the units are available within four weeks of the day of arrival that you are requesting.
Reservation limit is 1 to 6 Persons.
The condos will be cleaned prior to your arrival and a supply of linens for your stay will be furnished. Weekly or daily maid service is available upon request for an additional charge. There is a $95 exit cleaning and linen fee.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and checks.
Check in time: 3 PM; Check out time: 11 AM. Extra for late checkouts if available.
Minimum stay
5 nights unless special circumstances-please inquire.
Monthly Rate
We offer discounts on rates for reservations of 28 days or longer. There is a 5 night deposit to confirm reservation to be received within 7 days of booking the reservation. Balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Reservations and Deposits
A 2 night deposit confirms the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless December 16 to March 1 (see below). The deposit and balance are refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date less a $100.00 administration fee. Otherwise, deposits will be returned for those days that are re-rented at the same rate minus the administration fee.
Payment Policy for December 16 to March 1
All reservations for the above dates must be paid in full by November 1 of the year prior to the reservation. For reservations made after November 1, payment in full must be received within 7 days of booking the reservation. If reservation is canceled after November 1, deposits will be returned for those days that are re-rented at the same rate.
