Our beautiful, large Maui condo rentals, units 311 and 811, are both 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom corner suites located directly on the beach in the very front of the building, and have spectacular views of the Pacific overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai! The uncrowded white sandy beach of world famous Kahana Beach is just footsteps from your Maui condo where you can swim, surf, snorkel, sunbathe or enjoy a barbecue by the pool. Every spectacular sunset from your condo is a travel poster come to life. Both units are beautifully decorated and magnificent sunsets and whale watching can be experienced from the wraparound lanais. Our Maui condos are conveniently located and within a minutes walk you can find a variety of restaurants as well as stores for souvenirs, diving accessories, videos, art and groceries. A short drive away are several golf courses, extensive shopping, and the town of Lahaina.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Our DIRECT OCEANFRONT Maui condos are beautifully
decorated in a casual and comfortable tropical island decor. Each fully air
conditioned condo has three sliding glass doors leading to the lanai from the
living room and master bedroom. Being located on the front corners, spectacular
wraparound views of the Pacific and the islands of Lanai and Molokai plus the
soothing and relaxing sounds of the surf below make you feel you are truly in
paradise! The master bedroom offers a king size bed, television, phone and its
own spacious full bathroom. In the guest bedrooms, there are two twin beds
leading to a full bathroom. In the living room, there is a queen sofa bed, cable
TV, DVD, stereo, free high speed internet, and phone. A convenient 1/2 bath is located off of the
entryway to the units. Unit 311 is located on the 3rd floor and unit 811 is on
the 8th floor, affording wide panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Each unit
has a complete kitchen and features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator,
dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. A variety of cooking utensils for meal
preparation and service for 6 people is ready for your use. Unit 811 has granite
countertops throughout. A washer/dryer and iron are provided. There are also
ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Both units are perfect for four guests, although
they can comfortably accommodate six.

The beautifully landscaped grounds are private and
peaceful. Our Maui condos offer a wide range of activities including swimming,
surfing, snorkeling, an oceanfront swimming pool, sauna, 2 tennis courts,
shuffleboard, fitness center, table tennis, barbecuing, and free parking. The
Royal Kahana is in the world famous resort area between Kaanapali and Kapalua
which is well known for its fine dining, golfing, tennis, shopping, sightseeing,
superb beaches, lavish resorts, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing,
jetskiing, and scuba diving. Kahana Beach is located approximately 6 miles
northwest of Lahaina, the ancient Hawaiian capital and whaling port between the
blue Pacific and majestic mountain slopes. Also nearby the Maui vacation rentals
is biking, fishing, boating, sailing, waterskiing, the Whaling Museum, Sugar
Cane Train, submarine ride, and the championship golfing courses at Kaanapali
and Kapalua. Western Maui is known for its ideal year-round weather.
